What this website is for
This website explains Banaao’s development direction and is intended to support selected early-access conversations. It is separate from the operational product.
Information in an early-access request
The form collects your selected interest, name, email, message and contact consent. Organisation and role are optional; project and pilot enquiries can include project type, stage and team size. We also record a request identifier and the notice version. Do not send sensitive project documents, financial records, precise addresses or other people’s private information.
Purpose and choice
We use your details to review and respond to your selected interest. Consent is not preselected. Selecting ‘follow’ records your interest in progress; it does not enrol you in a newsletter or enable automatic marketing emails. We do not sell enquiry details.
Processors and retention
Netlify hosts this site and processes form submissions, including spam filtering. Enquiries are stored in our Netlify dashboard, with notifications and replies handled through Google Gmail. These providers may process data outside your country under their own privacy terms. Team access is limited to the founders and authorised account access needed to respond. We manually review and delete inactive enquiries from Netlify and Gmail after 90 days. Active conversations are retained while needed to respond, then become subject to that inactive-enquiry policy. Provider security logs and backup copies follow the providers’ retention processes.
Cookies and analytics
We have not enabled advertising analytics or session replay. Netlify may process IP addresses, browser information and request/security logs to deliver and protect the site and filter spam. Its free hosting plan may display a Netlify badge. These hosting services are separate from our product illustrations; those illustrations send no project messages or AI requests.
Your choices and requests
You may choose not to submit or withdraw contact consent at any time by emailing banaao.work@gmail.com. Use the same address to request access, correction or deletion of your enquiry details. We may ask for enough information to verify the request. This notice concerns the public website, not the separate operational construction product.
