AI-first project intelligence for construction

Know what could stop tomorrow—before tomorrow starts.

Building a home or managing a construction team? Banaao is being built to bring your updates together, flag what could hold up work, and suggest what to do next—through WhatsApp or the web. You stay in control of decisions.

An example suggestion—not a sent message or a changed plan.

Everyone has an update. No one has the whole picture.

Work waits. Crews arrive too soon. Decisions stay buried. Managers call again to reconstruct what the project already knows.

Conversations, calls, drawings, photos, challans, schedules—and memory.

What Banaao is building

Less chasing. A clearer picture of your project.

A delivery, a missing drawing, a smaller crew: each update can affect other work. Banaao aims to connect these updates so your team can see what needs attention and who can help.

A fictional multi-location residential site connects current state and goals to work, drawings, people, resources, evidence and external conditions. Connecting the entire model is product direction; the solid and outlined legend distinguishes narrower foundations from intended capabilities.

What the foundations cover

Selected-update interpretation, source-linked records, bounded planning/readiness and authority/history controls exist for testing. The complete connected model, dependable drawing interpretation and external-factor consequences are still direction—not an available autonomous project manager.

Know what needs attention. Know what to do next.

Here’s the experience we’re working towards, using one fictional project. Nothing here sends messages or changes a real project.

  1. The update

The electrical team is short of conduit for tomorrow’s work at East block.

  2. The next step

Banaao would flag the shortage and help ask the person handling materials when it can arrive.

  3. The follow-up

Their answer would help the manager decide what to do next. Meanwhile, the separate finishing team could keep working at West homes.

Banaao suggests. Your team decides.

This is an example of the intended experience. The complete flow is still being developed and tested.

Working foundations. Important proof still ahead.

Built for controlled testing

  • WhatsApp & responsive web
  • Selected English, Hindi & Hinglish paths
  • Source-linked context and history
  • Bounded brief, planning & readiness previews
  • Permissions and no-send interventions

Currently being validated

  • Less coordination work—not more administration
  • Device and weak-network reliability
  • Reviewed rules, site authority & privacy
  • Whole-project and controlled-pilot usefulness
  • Willingness to continue as a paid product

Founder rehearsals are not construction pilots. Development completion is not commercial proof.

Why Banaao

We started with a simple observation.

Construction teams already communicate constantly. Yet work waits because those conversations do not become shared project understanding. Banaao began with the belief that software should remove this burden—not move it into more forms and administrative routines.

From one home to many sites, we want to help people understand the present, decide what comes next and coordinate with less friction.

Better coordination first. A more trusted construction network over time.

If Banaao earns its place inside projects, permissioned and verified history could help people find suitable teams, suppliers and services—not another unrelated directory.

  1. Project intelligence
  2. Trusted project memory
  3. Permissioned professional discovery
  4. Relevant suppliers & services
  5. Further services, earned through usefulness and consent
